Phil White has been a consulting mechanical engineer for more than 40 years. In 1976, he founded Alternative Energy and Environmental Engineering which turned into AE Group Mechanical Engineers, Inc. in 2003. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended post-graduate classes at UCLA in Plumbing Systems Engineering, HVAC Systems Engineering, and Solar Energy. To further Phil’s engineering education, he attended ASHRAE courses in Central Plant Design, Net Zero Energy Building Design, and Air Handling Systems Design. Additionally, Phil is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. He is dedicated to fighting global warming/climate change and sits on the County of Ventura Climate Emergency Council and the City of Ojai Climate Emergency Mobilization Committee.
